Equity Nesters is looking for motivated individuals to join our Funding Referral Partner Program.

As an independent referral partner, you can create your own schedule, work when you want, and build your own referral business by connecting business owners with Equity Nesters.
THE CONCEPT IS SIMPLE:
Find the business → Start the conversation → Identify the need → Set the appointment → Let our funding team take it from there.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
Your job is not to be a financial expert or close the funding deal.
Your job is to find business owners who may have a funding need and connect them with our team.
YOUR PROCESS:
1. FIND BUSINESS OWNERS
Look for businesses that may need capital for expansion, equipment, inventory, working capital, marketing, another location, or other legitimate business purposes.
2. START A CONVERSATION
Build rapport. Ask questions. Learn what the business owner is trying to accomplish.
3. IDENTIFY A POTENTIAL NEED
If funding could potentially help, introduce them to Equity Nesters.
4. SEND THEM TO:

5. SET THE DISCOVERY CALL
Schedule the business owner with the Equity Nesters funding team.
6. LET OUR TEAM HANDLE THE REST.
WHAT CAN YOU SAY?
You don’t need a complicated sales pitch.
For example:
“Have you ever thought about getting additional capital to expand your business, purchase equipment, increase inventory, or open another location?”
If they’re interested:
“I work with Equity Nesters. They help business owners explore potential funding options. I can set you up with a free discovery call with their team.”

Start the conversation. Find the need. Make the introduction. Set the appointment.
FREE DISCOVERY CALL — NO HARD CREDIT PULL
The initial appointment is a free discovery call.
The Equity Nesters team will learn about the business, understand the owner’s goals, and discuss potential funding options.
IMPORTANT:
The initial discovery call itself does not involve a hard credit pull.
Any later credit inquiry, underwriting, documentation, or lender requirements will be explained by the appropriate funding team if applicable.
There is no guarantee of approval, funding amount, rate, or terms.
HOW YOU GET PAID
When your referral results in a qualifying business transaction funded through Equity Nesters, you participate in the applicable referral commission.
70/30 COMMISSION SPLIT
70% — EQUITY NESTERS
30% — REFERRAL PARTNER
The Referral Partner receives 30% of the applicable referral commission on qualifying funded transactions attributed to their referrals.
PAYMENT
Referral commissions are paid once per month on the 1st, subject to applicable transaction and program requirements.
Equity Nesters primarily pays commissions through Zelle. PayPal may be considered as an alternative when available.
YOUR CLIENT RELATIONSHIP CAN CONTINUE
When you introduce a client to Equity Nesters, the client is attributed to you for one year, subject to the applicable referral program terms.
If that business returns for additional qualifying funding during that period, you may continue to participate in applicable referral commissions.
